Composer, arranger, performer & improviser, playing pedal harp, electric harp and piano.
Tori is renowned for her unique take on the harp, specialising in rock, pop, jazz and contemporary music.

Tori is an active member of the live music scene, and leads her own band TORI HANDSLEY TRIO (electric harp-bass-drums) with Ruth Goller and Moses Boyd. She co-hosts the monthly session "Freedom: The Art of Improvisation" at the Vortex, and teaches and coaches individuals in the art of performance and improvisation. She is a member of Warriors International and has performed with artists including: Shabaka Hutchings, Mark Mondesir, Orphy Robinson, Pat Thomas and Nigel Kennedy for his Duke Ellington European Tour.
Tori has performed at venues including: Royal Albert Hall, Purcell Room, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Ronnie Scotts, Vortex, Union Chapel, Jazz in the Round and is the recommended harpist for many venues including: Blenheim Palace, Highclere Castle, The Ashmolean, Waddesdon Dairy, Caswell House, Compleat Angler, Taplow House & Eynsham Hall.
Amidst various bands, Tori is in high demand as a soloist renowned for her funky, upbeat arrangements of rock, pop, reggae and jazz tunes, reinventing the look and future of the harp, and plays regularly for Concerts, Weddings & Corporate Events - see EVENTS page for more info.
